The POWD team asked us to build them a library of automatic transactional and marketing emails, that ties directly into their online platform. They also asked us to design and build them a suite of Google, Facebook, and Instagram ads to help scale their online sales.
To tackle the first task, we worked with them to build a fully documented library of automatic sales emails, all designed to be triggered by actions that clients take in their online store. This library included emails for sales follow up, order confirmation, account issues, and gathering shipping information. We then built out a 12-step sales email that automatically fires off whenever a new client signs up for the website. These emails are designed to educate the clients as they go through the dress buying journey: teaching them about different dress designs and trends. After this build, we dove into creating a suite of Facebook, Google, and Instagram ads to help scale their brand.
They now have a strong automated email system, and have 2000 users per month run through their automatic email marketing system. We've hit our predicted targets on for the initial stage of their paid advertising initiative, and we're slowly working on scaling those systems.
