To help with THEO's expansion to South Africa, we were tasked with revamping their website to better connect with this new market, building a training platform for new clients, and running paid advertising.
We build a new brand image for THEO, based around clean white space, pastel colours, rich images, and textured vector illustrations. We used this design to create a new THEO website and launched a series of Google search ads targeted at clients in South Africa. To support the onboarding of these new clients we build a fully automated training platform: walking new customers through videos on how to use essential oils, and reporting their progress to the THEO team.
THEO's new tool received overwhelmingly positive feedback from their clients and sales staff, and dramatically simplified the process of running classes online. Their new brand image also helped them clearly communicate their value proposition and connect with their target audience.
