The VRCORE team wanted to develop a brand image, website, and advertising suite that was sleek, forward-looking, and unique — without appearing too futuristic or alien to their core demographic: mothers.
Because Virtual Reality is a new, exciting technology, it's easy for a brand's design to become too futurist and "gamified".

While VRCORE's main customers are kids and gamers, the people who actually buy their tickets and spend time in the waiting rooms are mothers. So we needed to craft a brand that appealed to these family decision-makers while still being attractive to the kids and gamers that populate the VR bays.

We worked with the VRCORE team to build a brand design that borrowed heavily from brands like Starbucks and drew form the aesthetic already in their stores: featuring elements of wood, clean white space, and subtle textures.

With strong, family-oriented messaging to accompany this new design, we developed a brand new VRCORE website and suite of Christmas ads.
VRCORE now has one of the more refined brand identities of any major virtual reality arcade — with their design assets have be borrowed by other VR Arcades around the world. Their new website is significantly easier and more affordable for their team to maintain. Their advertising cost to acquire a new customer has dropped from $82 to $24.
We hired the Chaos team to assist in the built out of a comprehensive branding package that allows us as a company to have a consistent branding image across our multi location franchise business.
The whole team focused on our brand, who we are and what our values are to create incredible assets and brand standard guidelines that align and capture our brand perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the wealth of assets we received and would recommend the Chaos team to anyone who wants to have an incredible brand image and standards!
